The Lake Fork of the Gunnison River has been fishing well in the morning til about 2pm. Lots of BWOs hatching in the early afternoon resulting in some entertaining dry fly fishing from. When the hatch is just starting up or slowing down, moving over to a dry dropper rig or light nymph rig has been crushing them! Fishing a Chubby with a Spanish Bullet and a small mayfly emerger below, has been all you need. Focus your efforts in the riffles and moving water for consistent action.
