Throughout the course, we'll be learning to tie several effective fly patterns that you'll want in your fly box. More importantly, while tying these flies you'll be learning about tying tools and materials so you can choose items you need for not only these flies but for the future fly patterns you choose to tie! We will be teaching you a range of techniques and skills that will allow you to tie a wide variety of patterns not covered in the class. You will walk away from the class having not only a lot of fun but a good grasp on the fundamentals to further your fly tying career!
The class is $200/student which will go towards providing all materials and tools needed for every student throughout the duration of the class. The class will be two hours once a week through the months of January and February, hosted on Wednesday nights from 6-8PM at Montrose Anglers. Spots are limited to 8 students, so don't wait!
